ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are over the age of 18.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Using our products to violate any laws is strictly prohibited. A breach or violation of any of these terms will result in prosecution at our discretion.

TIMELINESS OF ORDER SHIPMENTS
We shall not be held responsible if the estimated turnaround time for a product is longer than originally advised. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes on our site regarding pricing, turnaround times, as well as notification sent via e-mail or social media if your product is running late.

PRODUCT STIPULATIONS
All products will be considered final sale. 
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, finishes and images of our products as they appear to the naked eye. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurately depicted.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime, at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited by law.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the products will or can be corrected.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us if we find out you are under age. Any illegal purchase made by a minor will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. 
You agree to provide complete, accurate contact and account information for all purchases made with us. 

COMMENTS/PAYMENT, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If, at our request, you send specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you tag Rosie's Rippers products on social media, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, or use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, illegal, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the products or our website. We reserve the right to correct any errors in quantity, stock, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders online if any information regarding the products is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
